The Leak
What’s actually draining you — and why you can’t see it. The most dangerous leaks are the invisible ones. Not the obvious pressures. The patterns that have been running so long in the background you’ve stopped noticing them.

You don’t need more energy.
You need fewer things consuming it.
Not all leaks are equal. Most people in the Anchor state have one or two primary leaks responsible for the majority of the drain — and four or five secondary ones that compound it. Fixing the primary leak creates a disproportionate shift in everything else.
The goal of this lesson is not to fix everything at once. It’s to identify the dominant leak — the one that, if addressed, would create the most immediate shift in your energy and stability.
Name the obligations, expectations, or emotional loads that were absorbed rather than chosen. What would lighten immediately if you set it down?
The open loop consuming the most background power. What decision, if made, would free up significant internal bandwidth?
The suppressed knowing that costs the most. What truth are you sitting on that, if acted on, would shift the energy of your day immediately?
Stop trying to add energy from outside. Start removing what’s consuming it from inside. The stability you’re looking for is already available — it’s being spent on things that don’t deserve it. This lesson helps you find out what they are.
